Infidelity: Police arrests Ronke’s husband for murder

The Lagos State Police command has confirmed the arrest of Mr. Lekan Shondi for the suspected murder of his wife, Ronke at the weekend over alleged infidelity, reports TheGong.

The police spokesperson, Dolapo Badmos, was quoted as saying they tracked him down, stressing that Lekan would be soon transferred to the State Department of Criminal Investigation for further actions.

Also, there are reports that Lekan purportedly surrendered himself to the Police by reporting personally, the Police is yet to confirm that.

However, Nigerians are condemned the alleged murder of his wife, Ronke and mother of his two children due to alleged infidelity.

Those who commented on the incident decried the killing of Ronke, which now left the two as most victims.

These, society watchers said, has left the children motherless because she is dead and their father may be cooling off in the meantime at the Police or in the Prison pending the determination of the case, which is likely to end up in death if find guilty.
